CALVIN LYMANREAL ESTATE

AI & Automation for Real Estate Professionals

Stop doing the work your technology should be doing.

Practical AI automation, CRM integrations, and smarter workflows built specifically for real estate agents and teams.

Spend less time managing your real estate business. More time growing it.

AI-powered automation and smarter business systems, designed by a REALTOR® with years of enterprise SaaS product design and leadership experience.

Before becoming a full-time REALTOR®, I spent years designing and improving enterprise software, leading product design initiatives, and simplifying complex business workflows.

Now I'm combining that experience with my firsthand understanding of real estate to help other agents eliminate repetitive administrative tasks, connect their existing tools, and build more efficient businesses.

Whether you're struggling with lead follow-up, CRM organization, listing workflows, or transaction management, I can help you identify and implement practical technology solutions.

Your technology should work for you — not the other way around.

Does this sound familiar?

  • Leads scattered across email, texts, websites, and multiple platforms
  • Spending hours following up manually
  • Entering the same property or client information into multiple systems
  • Forgetting transaction tasks or important follow-ups
  • Paying for powerful software but barely using its capabilities
  • Constantly switching between applications just to complete routine work

You probably don't need more software. You need a better system.

Automation solutions

Each engagement starts from the work you already do. Integrations are limited to what your tools actually support.

Lead Capture & Follow-Up Automation

Connect supported lead sources to your CRM, organize contacts, assign tasks, and improve follow-up consistency.

The problem: Inquiries arrive in too many places and follow-up depends on memory.

AI Communication Assistants

Use AI to prepare personalized email drafts, organize inquiries, and help respond faster while keeping you in control of client communication.

The problem: Drafting routine replies takes time you would rather spend with clients.

Listing Launch Automation

Streamline listing intake, document preparation, photography coordination, marketing checklists, and property workflows.

The problem: New listings create the same checklist every time, and steps get missed.

Transaction Workflow Automation

Improve transaction organization with checklists, calendar reminders, status tracking, and coordinated task management.

The problem: Deadlines and handoffs are easy to lose across email and spreadsheets.

CRM Setup & Optimization

Clean up and organize CRM workflows, establish useful pipelines, connect existing tools, and create more efficient follow-up systems.

The problem: The CRM is paid for, but the pipeline and follow-up process were never really designed.

Enterprise software experience. Real-world real estate expertise.

I spent years in professional product design and leadership in an enterprise SaaS environment, designing complex software interfaces and improving operational workflows.

I'm also an active REALTOR® licensed in Oklahoma and Texas, with firsthand experience managing listings, investor transactions, client communication, and administrative workflows.

This is process and product design applied to a real estate business — not a checklist of buttons to click inside one app.

I don't start with the technology. I start by understanding how you work, identifying what's slowing you down, and designing a better process.

Questions

Do I need to change my existing CRM?

Not necessarily. The first step is to see whether your current CRM can support a clearer process. A change is only worth considering if the tool itself is the bottleneck.

What types of software can you connect?

Connections depend on what each product allows. Common starting points are CRMs, email, calendars, forms, and task tools that offer supported integrations. Direct MLS write access is not part of this service.

Can AI respond to my leads automatically?

Sometimes a draft or a routed task is the right fit. Fully automatic client messages depend on the software provider, the permissions you grant, and applicable consent rules. You stay responsible for what goes to a client.

Can you help with listing and transaction workflows?

Yes. Listing launch and transaction organization are two of the workflows this consulting covers, alongside lead follow-up and CRM setup.

Do you work with solo agents or larger teams?

Both. A solo agent and a small team often need different handoffs, so the discovery call is used to see which process actually matches how you work.

How much does implementation cost?

The introductory 20-minute consultation is free. A workflow audit, custom setup, and ongoing optimization are scoped separately and priced with a custom quote. There is no published package price yet.

What happens after the system is set up?

You get a walkthrough of the agreed workflow and notes on how to use it. Ongoing optimization is available if you want help maintaining or adjusting it later.

Is the initial consultation really free?

Yes. The first 20-minute conversation is free. Paid work starts only if you choose a scoped assessment or implementation after that call.
